As I step into a new year, I’ve been reflecting on who I am and who I want to become. Growth isn’t just about goals—it’s about becoming more aligned with my purpose, my values, and my faith. So, I have a question for you: Who do you want to be in the next year?
Growing Spiritually & Emotionally This year, I want to deepen my relationship with God. I want to be more consistent—more present in prayer, more intentional in seeking His guidance. My faith is my foundation, and I know that when I’m rooted in Him, everything else falls into place.
What about you? What areas of your life do you want to strengthen? Maybe it’s your faith, your confidence, or simply giving yourself more grace.
I also want to grow emotionally—to process my emotions without getting stuck in them. I don’t want to dwell on things that don’t serve me. Instead, I want to acknowledge, feel, and release them, trusting that God’s got it. Do you ever find yourself holding onto things longer than you should? How would it feel to let them go?
The Kind of Woman I Want to Be I want to be a woman who radiates light, love, and life. A woman who pours into others but also pours into herself. A woman who is fruitful, who walks boldly in her purpose, who knows what she wants and goes after it wholeheartedly.
What kind of person do you want to be? Not just in how others see you, but how you see yourself. Do you believe you’re deserving of the spaces you walk into? Because you are. That’s something I’m learning to embrace, too. I want to see myself the way God sees me—whole, loved, and worthy.
The Energy I Want to Carry When I walk into a room, I want people to feel warmth, kindness, and authenticity. I want to be someone who is trustworthy, who listens, who uplifts. I want my presence to remind people that goodness still exists in the world.
What do you want people to feel when they’re around you? How do you want to impact others?
This next year is a chance to grow, to refine, to step into who we’re meant to be. It won’t always be easy, but if we lean into it—with faith, intention, and an open heart—I truly believe we’ll become the people we’re meant to be.
With love,
Soulful Perspectives
